How about our church?
What lessons can we learn

Sermon Audio |
| In January and February of 2011 I intend to preach a sermon series based, in part, on David Platt's book, "Radical: Taking Back Your Faith from the American Dream." I highly recommend this book. During this sermon series, I hope to help us consider whether we are truly living out our faith as Jesus called us to do. As Christ-followers are we living out our faith in ways which are aligned more closely with the gospel (good news) that Jesus proclaimed or with our 21st Century American culture? |

| The sermons preached between January 9th and February 27th are partially inspired by the recent book, Radical: Taking Back Your Faith from the American Dream, by David Platt. This book is available on amazon.com and on walmart.com (currently for $5.49). If you would like a copy but don't want to purchase one, please see Pastor Chris as he may have an extra. If you would like to watch/listen to David Platt's original sermon series on which this book is based, please visit this link. To get a very quick sense of what the book is about, check out this VIDEO or this VIDEO. |
